birthday swap for Ellie

As I mentioned in my birthday post, I had done a birthday swap with Ellie, a friend who has the same birthday as me. Since I showed you what she got me, it's only fair that I show what I got her!

Birthday Card for Ellie

I really like the card I got her since it has a really nice feel to it and it was extremely smooth to write on (it might also have something to do with the pen I wrote with but still). The snails carrying different types of goodies is super cute.

Bow Makeup Pouch

This was one of her items on her wishpot. It's a synthetic leather pencil case/pouch. She was torn between this hot pink and lavender. I personally liked the pink one better so that's why I got her this one.

30th Anniversary Hello Kitty Plush

This plush is a limited edition HK plush celebrating 30 years of Hello Kitty! It was only released in Japan. It's incredibly soft, I wish I had a blanket made out of her plush!

The plush also comes with a removable ribbon necklace.

Wings!

Her profile said that she loved Hello Kitty so I thought this would be a great addition to her collection.  (/^▽^)/

Nyan Nyan Nyanko Hot Dog Keychain Plush

She wrote on her wish list that she was interested in starting to collecting Nyan Nyan Nyanko items so this is what this hot dog kitty is for! It's even drizzled with ketchup and mustard...and some lettuce (I think?).

Rilakkuma Sweets iPhone 4S Case

She personally picked this item from my shop since we both mentioned that we were trying to downsize our kawaii collections. I picked a few items from her personal collection and this was taken from my shop.

Rilakkuma & Korilakkuma BearBrick Toys

These were from her wishlist as well. Before sending them out to her, I opened up the package to make sure that the seller had sent me the right ones and they were the Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma ones. It wasn't until I resealed them that I realized I forgot to take a picture of them (*/ω\*)

They looked like this

Harakuju Kiddyland Rilakkuma + Korilakkuma Plushes

These two plushes I had bought in the Harakuju Kiddyland when I was in Japan last summer. They're incredibly soft, like all San-x plushes (I can never get over what amazing quality their plush have). Both of these plushes were only available at the Kiddyland in Harajuku and not only that, but their aprons are reversible!

Korilakkuma's apron is of Rilakkuma and Rilakkuma's is of Kiiroitori. I didn't take the aprons off and take a picture because the apron bows look so nice and I'm positive that I wouldn't be able to make it look like its original form.

Shopping Bag

Both Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma are clutching a Rilakkuma Stores bag from Kiddyland. Their bags actually look like that, which I think is totally cool!

So that was my birthday swap for Ellie! Unfortunately, she wasn't crazy about most of the items I got her (iДi). It turns out that her profile was old and she had stopped collecting Hello Kitty and wasn't interested in Nyan Nyan Nyanko items anymore! She also told me she wasn't crazy about the design of two Rilakkuma plushes. I felt so bad that she didn't like most of her swap, especially since she got me such amazing items! But I really appreciated her being honest me but omg, I feel like I'm such an awful person!
