I ordered some beauty items from the global beauty and makeup distributor, Sasa, they finally arrived on Monday, yay!

Those of you who know me know that I'm not a makeup person, I'm too lazy and clueless about these things. Concealer? Foundation? Face powder? It's all the same to me.  Putting on makeup for me is lipgloss and if you're really special, mascara.

But beauty items are another story. I like to take care of my skin, which is why I have so many skincare products. When Alex told me that he wanted to buy cleanser, I suggested he try out the one I leave at his house. He liked it so I placed an order with Sasa, they had a special shipping promotion where you receive free shipping if you buy $29 worth of items.

Grand Opening - Sushiibear's Kawaii Emporium!

Hey everyone! My shop is finally open  ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆! I've always wanted to be a shop owner and since I love kawaii, I decided to open up an online kawaii shop. I've been selling off my Flickr for about 7 or 8 months now but I decided to take it to the next level, so to speak. This is more of a project to see if it's actually feasible in the long run before I pursue a physical shop and really start investing in it (business plans and all that jazz).

Also, I will admit that some of the items listed are from my personal collection. But like all collectors, you eventually run out of room （。-＿-。）and as hard as it is for me to let go of some of my kawaii goodies, it had to be done. I take very good care of my kawaii and I wouldn't sell them unless they were in excellent condition.

I received this package from California about a month ago and it's about time I made a post about it.

I'm so happy that San-x is coming out with new characters! Although I love their older designs like Tarepanda, Homekoro and Nagomimakuri, I'm not crazy about their more recent popular ones. Obviously, I was thrilled with Sumikko Gurashi (how can you not be? Weird back stories and adorable designs) and I was even happier when they came out with a FRENCH BULLDOG PUPPY!!

I had made a post about Toromi and Nyanpuku back in September. The goodies were finally available for sale at the beginning of January. I was debating about whether I should've also gotten a Nyanpuku plush or not and finally decided not to in order to save money. I regret it and now they're sold out o(╥﹏╥)o But I still got some awesome goodies!

Happy (late) Valentine's Day Everyone!

I can't believe it's already been a week since my sister arrived! That was one of the fastest weeks I've experienced in a long time. It's probably because since she arrived, we've been literally going out every day because family/friends wanted to celebrate the New Year with her (and us).

She left Wednesday evening ヘ(゜Д、゜)ノ. The week was such a blur and it was really nice to spend time with her and laugh/giggle over everything. Unfortunately, we were so busy that we didn't even have time to do our Super Smash Bros. Brawl team battle rituals. My sister and I used to play SSB together all the time, we would always be on the same time and we'd get super hyper. I now do it with my brother, which is just as fun, but it's not the same. My brother always kills me once at least every round for starters.

Happy Chinese New Year - Year of the Snake!

Happy New Year everyone! Today's Chinese New Year and as we say bye bye to the year of the dragon (my year -sob-), we welcome the year of the snake. Hopefully, it'll be a good year for me, especially in the job department since 2012 wasn't that great.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of Rilakkuma but I do know a lot of kawaii lovers are. I've been seeing a lot of news concerning Rilakkuma releases lately so I decided to make a post about it. There are a few items I'm interested in, even if it is Rilakkuma.
